The First 4 Months
I hired a Coach and Everything Changed, Part 2
Looking Back
In the fall of 2025, I needed some help...
…I wrote about hiring a coach…
For the first time in my +20 year career, it was not clear how I would make money nor when. Objectively terrifying.
…and became a Coach here at Point B.
The Last 4 Months
The following is a summary of direct quotes, paraphrases, insights, models, ideas, and notes I have made from the sessions I had with my coach:

The Impact
My life is heading in a direction that I was not contemplating in September.
I find myself expanding in ways I thought possible yet could not get access to. Getting to the heart of the issues and the heart of myself. Remembering who I am. How I want to live.
Remembering that I came here to be me. Me in my “Me-ness”. Kris as Kris.
I am so grateful for David’s support, his insights, and the value of these weekly calls. I struggle to find the words to express the impact on my life of this good man, amazing, coach, and dear friend. Thank you David…
…until our next call.
