Nothing you write is average…it offers another perspective for me. I’m 71, retired, married to my 84-year old husband for almost 39 years. I expected we would be traveling overseas forever and we have until last year. We are both in good health but slowing down with aging, in spite of working out, eating well, etc. This is not the life I expected but we are continuing to build our good life and there is much to be grateful for. And that is how your writing impacted me today.
Wow Bonnie - so grateful to receive this today. The timing is magic. I was actually feeling quite far away from the writing, and having one of those days thinking maybe I don’t need to continue. This means so much. Thanks for reading. And thank you so much for touching base from time to time. Wishing you the best life that is possible. Kris.
The people with the most luck are the ones who put themselves out there the most. I read that recently in the book “Give and Take” by Adam Grant. It goes perfectly with the luck wagon metaphor. Thanks for sharing 🙏
Don't buy a ticket you won't win the raffle. You can create your own luck simply by showing up where opportunity can find you.
Well said.

It’s a great point, I think there is something to be said for doing things to increase the surface area for luck.
Love ❤️ ‘you have to be on the road to get hit by the luck wagon’ ✨
