Hit by the Luck Wagon
You need to be on the Road, Doing the Thing
We don’t see the Magic
I love coincidences, serendipities, and running into people in the most improbable 3-second windows.
They seem to show up when I am open to receive.
Feels like magic.
I wonder if we are too distracted, too busy, too absorbed in our phones, too anxious, too worried, too unregulated, and too caught up in all our busyness to see the magic?
Imagine the possibility that magic is always around us and our job is to receive it.
Tuning In
Cathy Heller talks about abundance like it’s music all around us.
Our job is to tune in to hear it, to receive it.
I believe that requires presence, a regulated nervous system, good vibes, maybe a forward lean, a smile, and perhaps a dash of optimism.
Showing Up
“You have to be on the road to get hit by the luck wagon.”
- wisdom from a financial trader
I love luck wagons.
Getting hit by a luck wagon is awesome.
They are magic.
But to get hit by one, you need to be on the road.
You must show up.
You may need to show up consistently for a long time before the luck wagon(s) arrive.
So show up.
Do the Thing
Along with showing up, moving toward what you want is required.
Taking action.
There is no substitute for experience, for doing the thing.
Attracting Magic
If you show up, do the thing, align your thoughts, actions, and words…the magic and the luck wagons will be looking for you.
If you could have the life of your dreams, anything you want, what would it look like?
How about this:
Wake up each day elated at what you get to do.
Ecstatic about who you get to talk to.
Electrified by the energy and abundance in your life.
Creating, building, expanding, growing.
Basking in the glory and brilliance of your life.
Wealth in the form of time is abundant.
Wealth in the form of money, gold bars, and maybe even some bitcoin arrives from expected and unexpected places.
It’s magic.
Creator note: I am traveling this week. Long days filled with awesomeness yet less time to write. So this one is an attempt to summarize some of the beauty of life this week and written quickly.
It’s average, at best.
Thanks for reading, Kris

Don't buy a ticket you won't win the raffle. You can create your own luck simply by showing up where opportunity can find you.
Nothing you write is average…it offers another perspective for me. I’m 71, retired, married to my 84-year old husband for almost 39 years. I expected we would be traveling overseas forever and we have until last year. We are both in good health but slowing down with aging, in spite of working out, eating well, etc. This is not the life I expected but we are continuing to build our good life and there is much to be grateful for. And that is how your writing impacted me today.
